Christmas in Indianapolis

Well it has taken a couple of days to play with all my toys before I had time to write to my family and friends.

I enjoyed my first Christmas. I woke up early on Christmas morning (about 6:00 am) and didn't feel very good (Mommy thinks I'm getting another tooth. I already have 6 teeth; how many more do I need?). I was so tired I went back to bed at 8:00 am. I finally decided to get up and see what Santa brought me before we went to Nana's house. Mommy helped me open some of my gifts while Daddy took pictures.

This toy is pretty neat. I like to take it upstairs and put it in the shower when Daddy is showering.

Mommy, Daddy and I got ready and went to Nana's. We celebrated with Great-Grandma Cox, Nana, Great Uncle Bill, Aunt Courtney, Uncle Eric, Cousin Brookie, Aunt Brooke and Uncle Jeff (he's not my uncle yet but will be soon). I think we arrived just in time. My cousin Brookie couldn't wait any longer to open her gifts from Santa. I don't blame her.

I had more presents from Santa at Nana's. Check out my new Tonka truck. This was my favorite toy. It helps me walk around and see the world. If you can't tell, I love it.

Daddy helped me with a box that teaches me hand and eye coordination and shapes. I'm trying to concentrate but it is tough. There were lots of things going on around me.

We went home for a little while so I could get a nap. After seeing the picture below, I see that I needed it.

After my nap, I enjoyed watching Great Uncle Bill throw for his dogs. He trains dogs for hunting. I really enjoyed Paris. She was younger than me (8 months) but lots bigger and listened better than my doggies do.

While Daddy was preparing the potatoes for dinner, I decided that I needed to add some excitement to the evening so I decided to walk all by myself from Mommy to Daddy. I didn't realize it was such a big deal but everyone was so proud of me. Maybe I should do it more often.

Well, I need to go. I'm going to go to school today to visit with my teachers and friends. I missed them. Goodbye for now.

Christmas at Grandma and Grandpa's

We returned yesterday from Grandma and Grandpa Stephens. We celebrated Christmas early with my Great-Grandma Fueger, Grandma and Grandpa Stephens, Uncle Rodney, Uncle Dennis and Aunt Janet and the boys (Dwayne, Wes and Nick). Wes' fiancee, Kelly, also celelbrated with us. I really like to flirt with her.

I enjoyed having lunch with everyone. They talk a lot and it got me off track of eating. Grandma doesn't think I eat much but Mommy tells her that I usually clean my plate. I also enjoyed opening the gifts. Mommy helped me unwrap lots of presents. I got a train, books, a puppy dog that talks (Juneau and Jazz'r doesn't talk. Why can't they talk like my new toy?) some toys for my bath, a backpack and lots of other things.

Check out my new bath toys!

Besides opening presents, Daddy and I rode on the 4-wheeler. It was almost 55 degrees on Saturday so Mommy said I could go. I would show you some video but Mommy and I can't get it to downlowd. Maybe we can figure it out soon and I'll share.

Well, I need to go and rest up for the rest of the Christmas holiday. I'll write more soon.

A Butler friend, Makenna Carpenter, gave us this idea to share updates about me and my adventures with family and friends.

My mommy says everyday how big I'm getting. I'm crawling well and trying to walk. I love to crawl up the stairs and then slide down them on my belly. I also love walking with a toy my cousin Brooke gave to me. I walk through the house yelling with excitement.

Another one of my favorite things is eating. I love meatballs and blueberry waffles.

Below are a few of my most recent pictures. Mommy says that she will do a better job of taking pictures more often and sending them to my friends.

Well, I'm off to school to see my friends, Cassie and Henry. Later fools!
